1. After installing Calypso Click on "Strat" then "Programs" then "Calypso 3.0" then "Calypso" and the Calypso Welcome screen Will Appear. Click on "Create New Mailbox".



2. Click on the "Next" button .



3. Click on the "Next" button again.



4. This option prevents other users from even opening you mail box, unless you are in a unsecure location it is reccomended NOT to use this option. Click "Next"



5. If you have more than one email account in Calypso select the most common account to be your default account. Click "Next"



6. Enter the name for the email account, this is displayed when you receive email. Enter your real name, this will be what other people see when you send them email. Enter your eMail address is the address you want people to reply to. Click "Next".



7. Select POP3, the user id is the first part of your email address to the left of the @ symbol. Name of incomming mail server is mail.what_ever_your_domain_name_is.com. Click "Next"



8. Leave the authentication method as normal, enter your password in the next two boxes and check save password. Click on "Next".



9. Select "Delete messages from mail server" Keep in mind that if you choose to leave messages on the server that if not deleted your mailbox will reach it limit and reject any new messages. Click on "Next".



10. With current rules you have to send outgoing mail via your Inetrnet Service providers mail server. This section would apply to your currect ISP Settings. Click on "Next".



11. Click "Finish" and you are now finished with setting up your virtual email account.
