1.Click on "Tools" and then "Accounts" from the Outlook Express toolbar.


2. Click on the "Add" button and then "Mail".


3.  Enter your desired email name then click "Next"


4. Select "I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use." Then enter your desired email name. Click "Next"


5. Select "POP3" as your mail server. Enter "pugsworld.com" in the incoming and outgoing mail server fields. Click "Next".


6. Enter your assigned USERID in the "Account Name" field and your PASSWORD in the "Password" field. Check "Remember Password". Click "Next"


7. Click "Finish" and you are now finished with setting up your virtual email account.
